All ‘NRA VP Wayne LaPierre’ wants Americans to have for Christmas is a new shiny ‘Assault Rifle’ with large magazine clips. Like many of his fellow NRA members buying an Assault Rifle’ is the new litmus test for being a real American. What else matters to a great many NRA members in America? Nothing else. They want an Assault Rifle in every home period. It seems that too many owners of Assault weapons with large magazine clips aren’t really as concerned about our children’s safety in schools, as compared to being ready to make War on the United States government. We talk about ‘Movies and Video Games’ violent content and we should, because too often it suggests violence is the answer and not the problem in our Country. This idea that we have to be ready to fight our government at a moments’ notice with an Assault Rifle’ and plenty of large magazine ammunition clips, has been nurtured by ‘Right Wing’ radio in America and it should be looked at closely by every American who wants to stop the Gun madness in America now.
The idea’s fostered by Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and too many others like them, have come close to openly advocating for insurrection in America. This wind bag crew who have never put a thing on the line to defend America, but have devoted the better part of their talk radio lives attempting to undermine Americans trust in their own government. They’ve made it popular to call your President a ‘Communist’ and foreign born with a specific agenda to destroy ‘Capitalism’ in America; while guys like Rush earn 10’s of millions of dollars a year spouting this nonsense. To card carrying Wayne LaPierre supporters, however, this is the reality that a ‘God’ faring gun totting, Assault Rifle’ owner is willing to die for to keep Uncle Sam’ off their doorstep. Even if they have to die, or put a bullet in the head of any government representatives, who show up on their property; and yes they totally believe the gov't is coming any day now.
The American tragedy in the making is not the horror visited to us at Newton, Ct., it’s the one that will be visited by millions of gun fanatics with ‘Assault’ weapons acting alone, or in Para military units nationwide, who are hell bent on making war against their supposedly ‘Communist’ President Barrack Obama. And yes it looks like this is what it has come to. And Why Gov. Cuomo is right to suggest that we need to take the Assault Rifle hardware out of the hands of a populace ready to wage war on its own government, as soon as Glenn or Rush tell them it’s time to lay down their lives to kill Liberals, Socialists, Gays, etc., or any other group they deem as not loving guns as much as they do. We have a gun war about to break out in America, and ‘Right Wing’ talk radio host nut cases are the ones responsible for getting us to the brink of the gun violence. A Right Wing ‘Nirvana’ that Glenn and Rush want to make a reality in America. It is time as Gov. Cuomo suggests to buy back ‘Assault’ rifles in NYS, even if it costs a Billion’ dollars. An unfortunately that GOP led Senate The Governor backed to stay in power in the NYS Senate, is not behind this gun control program. If they’re not it’s time to get a Democratic Majority in the NYS Senate that is for a gun control program, that buys back Assault weapons at market cost.
